Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Window

Items in new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and used/worn items are not returnable unless defective.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email service@mikasa.com with your order number and reason for return; or call 1-866-645-2721.
  2. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging whenever possible.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping upgrades (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you need the same item in a different variant (where available), please place a new order and process the original as a return.

6. Damaged/Defective Items

Report damage/defect within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number to service@mikasa.com.
